Within Wellness Psychiatric Services, LLC was founded to provide accessible care that is delivered with kindness, compassion, and integrity. I believe that understanding and addressing the entire person, not just the diagnosis, is essential to improving mental health and overall well-being. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I combine evidenced based practice recommendations, sound clinical judgement and patients' treatment preferences and mental health goals to develop a treatment plan.

I am passionate about Women's Reproductive Mental Health and being able to support women through all phases of life. Our bodies endure many changes throughout the reproductive life span. Stress, disordered sleep, infertility, trauma, depression, anxiety and mood disorders can all complicate and impact mental health. 

A little about me: I received my MSN from Wilkes University Passan School of Nursing and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University.  I have been a nurse for almost two decades, spending the last 16 years in Women's Health. 

I am board certified and licensed in New Jersey and nationally certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
